Andreea Moore
Music has always been a passion for Andreea. It started when she was eight years old when she acquired a broken old acoustic guitar that she restored with the aid of her mother. After years of formal music education and countless hours playing, Andreea began the natural progression into songwriting.  Andreea has always tried to be genuine, honest and different musically.

Her sound is best described as a mix of the Coffeehouse sound and Canadian Indie Rock. With the modest success of her 2013 release “The Narrative” and then the follow-up 2016 release of the rather ambitious “Haunted Former Lives”. This release takes from the previous works and builds on that foundation with a greater focus on creating an emphasis on being true to herself and her craft.

In 2023, the collaborative track “Dystopia” with CNYK was released on International Women's Day, which was strategic and well-timed. The introspective and observationality was a clear representation of the world and the state of society.

In 2024 Andreea The Narrative released a solo diy produced track. “Vegas Boi”  dedicated to her late dog Sheri and her living dog Cash.  The track chronicles the relationship between the two sweet tiny dogs. 

Her other creative and engaging endeavors are as an independent podcaster, journalist for North Sask Music Zine, Plant-based Vegan Living and Tattooing.

Nicholas Chelsom McCormick
Music has been the focal point of life for Nick, from being a long-time CFCR volunteer, board member and chair over the years to playing with a number of different bands. Most recently he is seen holding down the rhythm section of Christopher and The Saints. You can hear the distinct and grooving soundscape of the record  “The RAIS Sessions” Released November 1, 2024. And the 2025 “Songs From Stanley Mission”.

The importance of collecting records has become a vital part of his musical background. Collecting and enjoying records is a passion of Nick’s as is being part of the thriving Vinyl Community of Saskatchewan based collectors. 

He also is on the Polaris Prize Music Jury and has been involved as a volunteer with various organizations over the years. Of note “The Gutsy Walk” with Crohn's and Colitis Canada. Nicholas has also been a regular jazz festival volunteer for several years.
